Olivia Rodrigo Rocks Out With Weezer During Her Headlining Set at Lollapalooza 2025

Olivia Rodrigo was joined abruptly visitor Weezer throughout her headlining set at Lollapalooza 2025.

On Friday (Aug. 1), the 22-year-old pop celebrity made her debut on the second day of the Chicago music competition at Grant Park. Towards the top of her night set, she shocked the gang by inviting Weezer to hitch her on stage.

In a fan-captured video on TikTok, Rodrigo shared with the gang that Weezer was the primary band she ever noticed reside.

“You all the time keep in mind your first live performance. It’s a really, very particular second,” the “Drivers License” singer stated. “I keep in mind my first live performance. It was a really memorable night time. I watched this unimaginable band and I’m so over the moon, as a result of that unimaginable band is definitely right here tonight to play just a few songs. Weezer then joined Rodrigo for performances of their traditional hits “Buddy Holly” and “Say It Ain’t So,” each from the group’s 1994 self-titled album. This marked Weezer’s first Lollapalooza efficiency since they headlined alongside Widespread Panic in 2005.
